i went to Pride on my own, with the express purpose of seeing one Isabella Lovestory.

it was great but i did feel sad going all on my own. i usually don't care, but lately i've been a little more self-conscious. because i was there pretty early i was able to get front row. i didn't meet any fans though, i didn't dress up or anything so maybe people didn't think i was cool enough to talk to?

anyways i was so happy to be so close, i've loved Isabella Lovestory since Alo and Mariposa and it was surreal that she'd be at pride in the monastery and i'd be able to see her for free, front row! i was really embarrassed because it was so hot and my face was so red, i had to waterfall some water over my face to try to cool off, and then Isabella got off stage and was like right in front of me and i. completely. freaked. out.

i felt like such a dork, i just got too excited and felt very embarrassed. i just have to remind myself that being human means being sort of weird, i guess. i also caught a dollar that she threw into the crowd. i wish i had gotten a chance to meet her, let alone hug her! maybe some other time.

in other news i've also been watching a ton of chiikawa on youtube. i love usagi! he reminds me of snufkin (and of myself)

mentally planning my 2027 hobonichi haul. so far it's just gonna be (hopefully) the snufkin weeks and the A6, and i'll reuse the moomin A6 cover from last year and the pencilboards. however there are so many accessories that i'm not sure if i'll be able to resist, but it has been fun watching all the reactions and the instagram story reveals.

i lost my keys, so i've been dealing with the aftermath of that. told my cousin and she thankfully was very forgiving about it. moving forward i need to be a lot luckier and learn how to deal with my brain more effectively. i strive to be well adjusted, but at the same time i like being wild and unconventional. it's this crazy line i'm not sure how to walk.
