It’s July :O

I’m determined to write this down right here and now. It’s July. I’m sitting in Tours Les Jours on a Saturday sipping on an Americano, listening to Deftones. I bought a cute lipgloss from Sephora. It’s so sparkly.

Basically, I want to collect things I like and that I’m doing and hope to use this space to do so. I’ve been really inspired by the indie web community and I just love what’s happening in this world.

Somethings about me: I have terrible memory and I have a hard time getting organized.

Also I haven’t been feeling great lately, my heart is sort of been giving me problems, but I have so much that I want to do I really can’t let it stop me. Also a ton of people are doing worse than me and still managing to make art no matter what.

Things I’m working on that I’d like to document here:

꩜ Taking more photos on my digicam and also film photos

꩜ Making screenprints, other kinds of printmaking

꩜ Making zines. I have sooo many zine ideas!

꩜ Finishing my comic! This is something that I really need to do since I’ve been saying that I’m going to do that since forever!

And I’ll leave it at that because honestly I put way too much pressure on myself.

Also I can expand on my ideas later, I don’t have to constantly fit everything in at once, it can happen over time.

This is not a place where I am going to let perfectionism take root!

I’m really trying hard to live by my principles and be the person that I know I can be. It’s tough though. I look to my friends and people I admire for guidance. I’m really lucky that I get to experience the things I get to experience and hopefully I can hold on a lot longer and have even more awesome experiences
